Hello, and welcome to our website. Thank you for taking the time to find out more about our new proposals for 25-29 Station Street. 

Tristan Property Trust (a development company) owns the site and is working to redevelop it to bring it back into use.

We have produced consultation material where you can read more about the proposals here. We have also produced a video of the development proposals to show you in more detail how the building will look and be used by residents, see this below.

We recently held our public consultation on the proposals and are now considering the feedback as we prepare for the planning application. Tristan Property Trust plans to submit a planning application for a housing scheme by the end of this year.
