We are committed to engaging residents and stakeholders and hearing your views.
We met both Swale Borough Council, and Kent County Council and held pre-application meetings to discuss the proposals and ensure that they are in line with council policies.
We recently held our public consultation on the proposals and are now considering the feedback as we prepare for the planning application. Tristan Property Trust plans to submit a planning application for a housing scheme by the end of this year.
We are committed to working and engaging with the local community to make a success of these proposals. Due to continued social distancing measures, we are providing information online.
